Individual therapy allows you to have a one-on-one connection with a therapist. It allows you to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours openly in a non-judgmental and confidential space. Together, we will work towards set goals and create a treatment plan that suits your needs.
Virtual Therapy has all the benefits of in-person therapy. You will be interacting with your therapist through private and secure video technology, using a mobile or computer device. It is conveniently accessible from a location of your choice and provides flexibility for those with busy schedules.
Not comfortable having in-person or virtual therapy? Phone therapy allows you to effectively talk to your therapist, while being an easy and accessible option. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy will be discussed when having your phone session.
