What to Expect:

Initially we will set an intention and goals for your meditation journey. You may benefit from one or multiple sessions, where different styles of meditation will be explored. Each session will be tailored to your goals and we will monitor any blocks in this practice. There are benefits for all, whether you are new or experienced with meditation.
